The Cotswold Reclamation Co.Ltd., in all of the the terms and conditions, will be referred to as "The Company" and/or The Cotswold Reclamation Co.Ltd.

Product Description :

Although we make every effort to describe the products photographed it is "our description" and
we recommend viewing of the goods as they are reclaimed. Some of the photographs cannot always give an exact impression of the products, we again suggest that they are actually looked at, at our premises.
 
All sizes within the description are nominal and might not be exact due to the nature of some of the products. If you are interested in any of our goods and require any further information please do not hesitate to call us, or make an enquiry using the form below.
 
All goods remain the property of The Cotswold Reclamation Co.Ltd until they are paid for in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are recommended prices and could be susceptible to change at any time, and at our
discretion, and do not form any legally binding contract until the goods have been paid for in full.

All prices, on the individual items, are including VAT, which under HMRC legislation, is 20% at the present time. This will be calculated when processing payment and will be clearly indicated prior to the point of sale/payment by the customer.

We take most forms of payment, including most major credit & debit cards, via our online shop.

The Company is fully compliant with data compliance & protection. Personal data/information will not be used, disclosed or forwarded to any other parties unless you have consented to this in writing

Payment for all goods will be, in full, in advance of delivery.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to check, and ensure that the details on the invoice are correct. "The Company" will not be held responsible for any details which are incorrect if they have not been brought to the attention of "The Company" prior to the dispatch of the goods.

Refund policy

The goods that we sell are reclaimed and are, by their very nature, second hand. They are not in perfect condition. They are bought, "as seen, from the photographs and on the basis of their current condition.

If customers have a query about the condition of the goods they should contact us by email on info@cotswoldreclamationonline.com or by telephone on 01451 820292 and clarify anything prior to purchasing. Extra photographs and detailed explanations of any defects and damage can be provided.
 

We have a "NO REFUNDS" policy so no refunds will be made on goods purchased.


Cancellation Policy

We have a NO CANCELLATION POLICY for goods once they have been purchased/paid for.

Delivery


All goods can be collected from "The Company's" address as detailed above. Prior notice must be made 24 hours in advance by telephone or email and the invoice for the goods MUST BE brought and shown to members of  "The Company's" staff prior to releasing the goods purchased.  

All delivery dates, whether by post, or palletline are approximate and although every effort will be made to deliver the goods to the time specified "The Company" cannot be held responsible for any delays, nor for any loss or damage caused to the purchaser, or other party as a consequence of this delay.

Returns

As we have a no refunds policy we do not take goods back from customers unless they are damaged in transit.

Palletline delivery

When goods are being delivered by pallet they will be to "kerbside only" and if there are any weight restrictions to the access roads or limits to the size of the vehicle which can be used due to narrowness of roads etc. we must be informed of this when purchasing goods. If we are not informed and deliveries cannot be made then "The Company" reserves the right to charge for redeliveries.

All goods need to be signed for and if the purchasers or their representatives are not present to do so. "The Company" reserves the right to charge for any redeliveries.

Some of the items are very heavy and might require special lifting equipment and/or enough manpower to unload the pallet/pallets sensibly and safely.

Palletline deliveries are normally carried out from Monday-Friday's, and not at weekends. If a Saturday delivery is required there will extra costs involved and "The Company" should be contacted to agree the
extra costs involved prior to dispatch.

Delivery by post/courier.

Smaller items will be shipped by a Royal Mail or Courier Service. "The Company" cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery although every attempt will be made to achieve delivery within the specified time

Acceptance of deliveries.

All goods must be signed for upon delivery. If they are not "The Company" reserves the right to charge for redeliveries.

All goods should be unwrapped/unpacked upon delivery and checked against the delivery note.

Any goods damaged in transit  must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery, in writing, and will replaced wherever possible. We will need the damaged goods returned to us, for proof of damage for our hauliers.

"The Company" will not be held responsible for any damaged goods, if not reported to us within this 3 day period. "The Company will not be held liable, or responsible for any damage occurring after delivery.

Availability of goods :

If the company has insufficient stock/stocks to be able to deliver to you the goods ordered, we will notify you by email, telephone or post as soon as possible and any sum debited from your credit card will recredited to you account.

The refund will be made as soon as possible and within 30 days from the date of the purchase.

Complaints :

"The Company" takes genuine customer complaints very seriously, and in the unlikely event that a customer needs to compliant, this must be placed with "The Company", in writing within 7 days, setting out the grounds for the complaint. The company will ensure that any complaint will be dealt with fairly and in a timely fashion.

Force Majeure :

No responsibility can be accepted by "The Company" for any failure for the supply of, delay of, or delivery in performance which is wholly, or partially due to an Act of God, War, Riot, Explosion, Civil Commotion of Act or Restriction of Goverment or other legal or Competent Authority, Strikes, Lock outs, Failure in Supplies, or to any cause outside of it's control.

Legal :

These terms and conditions and any contract formed are subject to UK law and shal be dealt with under the UK Legal System only.

In these Terms & Conditions, the term "The Company" shall mean The Cotswold Reclamation Co.Ltd., and the term "Puchaser" or "Customer" shall mean The Purchaser of any goods.


The terms "Goods" shall refer to any items sold by "The Company"

Nothing herein referred to shallbe deemed to have construed a relationship with any supplier, or purchaser, of "The Company's" products, goods or services without the express written permission of "The Company"

"The Company" reserves the right to make changes to our policies, terms and conditions of sale, and to our website at any time, and without any prior notice.

If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity nad enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.

"The Company" respects the privacy of it's customers and users of it's website. We will never supply any personal details to any other party without express written permission and "The Company" is totally committed to acting in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

"The Company" owns the trademarks, copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website. Any use of "The Company's" trademarks and materials are prohibited without the express written permission of "The Company".
